A few words for those who have a desire to befriend and access closed records.
My position on this issue is as follows... To get a key, you will need to meet some criteria, which I will outline below. If your profile does not meet the parameters outlined here, you are unlikely to get access. So, here are the main criteria: You must have a collection that will contain at least something that will be of interest to me personally. It is also possible that I will positively consider your application if you have worked hard and spent your time, as well as other resources to create an impressive collection, which will contain at least 100 recordings of broadcasts or other video content. I appreciate when individuals try to make their feasible contribution to the cause and I especially welcome it when this contribution has a quality component. This is important. If, for some reason, you could not or did not want to do something to ensure that your profile was at the level of these criteria, then please do not be offended that you will be rejected.
